The problem
You open an app to check one thing, and forty minutes later you're still scrolling.
What it does
Pailtime gives your scrolling a size: a daily bucket of scrolltime. The apps you pick stay locked. To scroll, you first choose 5, 10, or 15 minutes; the bucket drains live on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and the apps lock again when time runs out. Walking, reading, working out, or focusing earns time back.
How it's built
An iOS app from Banimo, built on Apple's Screen Time framework. Pailtime cannot see what you do inside your apps, and your data stays on your iPhone: no account, no ads, no tracking.
